How it works
From choosing your food
to picking it up.
We’ll invite participants when the pilot starts. You can use MultiTu in your browser.
Choose your food
Browse producer offers or request food you’d like. See who makes it and what is available.
Check and confirm
Check the quantity, price, order deadline and pickup details. Confirm your order and follow its status in MultiTu.
Collect and pay
When your order is ready, collect during the pickup window. Pay the producer directly using the method in the offer.
Two ways to begin
Choose an offer.
Or tell us what you need.
MultiTu brings food offers and requests together around one shared pickup point.
An available offer
Choose what a producer offers.
Read the details and follow the steps to order. Some offers need a minimum total quantity to go ahead.
Something you’d like to buy
Tell us what you’d like.
Your request helps the coordinator find a producer. When an offer is ready, you review it and confirm if you want to order.
Before you join
A few useful answers.
This is a trial. We’ll start small and learn together.
Research and a wider network
We’re working with the research institute RISE to decide what to measure and how to evaluate the pilots. We’re also exploring funding opportunities together.
In Italy, we’re exploring future pilot opportunities with local communities and institutions, including in Emilia-Romagna. Locations, participants and timing are still to be agreed.
Will Care and Home join the pilot?
We’ll start with food and prepare Care and Home alongside it. Selected personal care and household products can join once suppliers, handling and pickup arrangements are in place. Tell us what you need, even if there is no offer yet. We’ll share the products and dates once agreed.
Where and when do I collect?
At a shared pickup point at Volvo Cars. The exact place, dates and times will be shared before you take part.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Each offer shows the price and any charges before you confirm. At pickup, you pay the producer by cash or the producer’s business Swish, as stated in the offer.
What if there are not enough orders?
If an offer does not meet its minimum, it does not go ahead. Check your order status before planning pickup.
What if I need to change an order or cannot collect?
Check the options in MultiTu and contact the pilot coordinator if you need help. The offer and order details explain the rules that apply.
Who provides the food information?
The producer. Read the product details for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions. Ask the producer if anything is unclear.
Does expressing interest give me an account?
No. It lets us know you’d like to take part. We’ll send a separate invitation with access instructions when your group is ready to start.
